KAKMAB form
The form for buying a computer from the KAKMAB budget. Fill it in, collect all the signatures at the bottom, scan it, and email it to me together with the quote or the model you picked from the price list.
Computer price list
The computers, monitors and printers under the tender — including item numbers and supplier details.
Questions about order status, delivery or a problem with a supplier go directly to the supplier or to the procurement department — I have no access to that information.
