  1. Sign in to the portal

    Go to portal.office.com and sign in with your Bar-Ilan account (username and password).

  2. Download the suite

    Click Install apps in the corner and choose Microsoft 365 apps.

  3. Install and activate

    Run the downloaded file. When it finishes, open Word and sign in with the same account — the licence activates automatically.

    Up to 5 devices — The same account covers five computers at once, plus phones and tablets.
